Thank you for choosing our silver and gold jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranty:

Material Assurance: 

When you buy 18K gold or 24K pure gold jewelry, we will send you product with inspection certificate from a third party company. The silver we use are S925 silver.

Triple Compensation for Counterfeits: 

We provide triple compensation to the customer for counterfeit products.

 PS: You may verify the material authenticity at your local gold jewelry store or inspection company.


Product Warranty:

We offer a six-month warranty against material and workmanship defects on our S925 silver jewelry starting from the date of purchase.                                             

We offer a one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects on our 18K/24K gold jewelry starting from the date of purchase.

Repair or Replacement:

In the unlikely event that your jewelry exhibits defects within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.The shipping and repairing cost will be charged once the warranty period has expired.

Exclusions:

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

 

Return:

Return requests will not be accepted unless there are quality issues.
