Sanlight Warranty & Return Policy


Your satisfaction means an awful lot to us. We are confident that our LED grow lights will provide you with a spectacular grow, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, please get in touch with us. We will work with you to resolve any issues and replace your product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy. We will do our best to get back to you within two business day regarding your issue. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges when returning an item(s). 

Contact us before returning any items. Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like new condition. All parts (i.e. cords, controllers, hangers) must be present when returned.

Restocking fees

A stocking fee of up to 10$ per item, depending on the product. Restocking fees may not include return shipping costs. 

Returns outside of the return windows will not be refunded. Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply if an order is canceled before it ships. If items were shipped, restocking fees and shipping fees will be charged to the customer, even if the customer did not claim the goods on the returned items.

Shipping fees charged to SANlight Americas may not be refundable to the customer.

*In very extreme cases, we refuse the right to offer returns and refunds on any items after the product(s) has/have been shipped.

Incorrect items

If you receive an incorrect product, we will pay for the return shipping costs and get the product to you. LED Grow Lights Depot will not pay the return shipping charges for more than one product if the product was sent back and not incorrectly. These shipping charges will be subject to the respective brand/company’s prices and policy.

Lost/stolen/damaged items

SANlight Americas is not responsible for products lost/stolen during or at delivery or damaged in transit. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, and the delivery company approves the claim (which, in most cases, they do), they will re-order the item(s) from us, and the order will be reshipped to you.


This device has been designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with the European safety standard (EN60598/CE). The guarantee for the LED light and accessories is 3 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee does not apply to equipment not installed and maintained as specified in this manual. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage caused by unauthorized or incorrect use. In case of damage, the device (LED incl., connecting cable) must be returned to the respective SANlight sales partner from whom the product was purchased. They send the defective goods to the manufacturer, SANlight. After being repaired by the manufacturer, the device is returned to the respective sales partner. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know about your refund.

If your return request is approved and your item(s) are returned successfully in line with our policy, your refund will be processed, and you will be sent an email confirmation. Once we have issued a refund, this could take up to 3-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
