G-tools Warranty & Refund Policy

G-tools customers have the right to return purchased goods without stating reasons within 14 days after the invoice date. Transport costs for the returned goods are to be paid for by the customer.

Defective goods that are returned fall within the specific waranty period of the product in question.the specific waranty period of products can be found in the descriptions of products.

 Before signing for acceptence of G-tools goods delivered by courier or transport company the packaging should be inspected on external demages. Goods with clearly visible damages on the packaging should be refused and send back with the delivering party.

Transport damage claims made afterwards do not have to bo accepted by G-tools.

Claims made for missing items should be made within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Claims made after this period do not have to bo accepted by G-tools.
