Ship & Cancel Order
Order Shipment:
Certain products qualify for free shipping; the cost of postage can be seen when you add items to your cart and provide your shipping address.
Most products ship within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your order. It will take 7--10 working days to receive parcels after payment. We will mark "pre-order" in the title of products for the products out of stock, then it will take several days or longer to ship goods out. We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If 7 days has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.
Cancel Order:
You have the option to cancel your order before it is shipped.
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be charged the shipping cost.
